Tickets & Booking

How do I book tickets online?
You can book tickets through our website or mobile app. Simply select your movie, showtime, seats, and complete the payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with your e-tickets.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes, tickets can be cancelled or modified up to 2 hours before the showtime. Cancellations are subject to a small processing fee, and refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Do you offer group booking discounts?
Yes! We offer special rates for groups of 15 or more. Contact our group sales team at groups@cinema.com or call (555) 123-4567 for customized packages.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and gift cards.

Theater Experience

What are your theater timings?
Our theaters are typically open from 10:00 AM to midnight on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM on weekends. Exact timings may vary by location.
Do you have wheelchair accessible seating?
Yes, all our theaters are fully wheelchair accessible with designated seating areas. Please inform us during booking to reserve accessible seating.
What's the difference between standard and premium seats?
Premium seats offer extra legroom, wider seats, and are located in the optimal viewing area. They also include complimentary beverages and priority entry.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. However, we offer a wide variety of snacks, meals, and beverages at our concession stands.

Technology & Formats

What is IMAX?
IMAX is a premium large-format cinema experience featuring enormous screens, crystal-clear images, and immersive surround sound that puts you inside the movie.
Do you show 3D movies?
Yes, we show select films in 3D. 3D glasses are provided at the theater and included in your ticket price for 3D screenings.
What is Dolby Atmos?
Dolby Atmos is an advanced surround sound technology that creates moving audio that flows around you in three-dimensional space, making you feel like you're inside the action.
Are your theaters equipped with closed captioning?
Yes, we provide closed captioning devices at all locations. Request one at the guest services desk when you arrive.
